Youth Group Reservations

Booking as a member of the Watson family? See Family Reservations.

All lodge reservations and group guest approvals are made directly with the Trustee. Watson Lake is a private property and is not open to the public. Reservations are welcome from returning groups and from groups referred to us — if your group has not stayed with us before, please introduce yourself and send a reservation request below.

Before reserving, please review the Liability Consent Policy and forms, Need to Know Before You Go, and the Price page.

What you are reserving

The Lodge is the centre of the property and your group will be the only group booked during your stay. The rental is an "everything" package: the lake and lake amenities, the Lodge, the bath house and your assigned camping areas, whether you use them or not. See the Accommodations page for the rest, and the Price page for what the package includes.

Request a reservation

Your dates are held on the calendar as soon as you send this, so no one else can request them. The Trustee then confirms your stay, and the reservation is complete when the deposit is received. See the Price page. Please send one request at a time.

You may also write to the Trustee directly, for any question about Watson Lake:

Please include: your group name, preferred dates, head count (youth and adults), and any extra activities requiring prior consent.

How a reservation is made

Reservations for Watson Lake are made in only two ways: through the request form on this page, or directly with the Trustee’s office at the address above. This website and that address are the whole of it.

Youth Protection, Guest Access & Safety Rules

Use of the property is governed by the Youth Protection, Guest Access & Safety Rules, adopted by the Trustee. Every group must reserve in advance through the Trustee, provide a roster and two adult-leader contacts before arrival, sign the Trust's liability release, and apply its own youth-protection and adult-screening standards to its leaders. Use of the property constitutes agreement to comply with these rules.

Watson family members: lodge reservations and group guest approvals also come directly to the Trustee at the contact above.
