20 raised tent pads dispersed in 3 areas across the property, with ground space for additional tents.
Hiking
Densely wooded terrain, most of it never developed.
Fishing
Bluegill, sunfish, catfish, crappie and bass. Bring your own fishing poles and tackle.
Swimming
Swim in the lake or the spring-fed rock-lined wading pool. No lifeguards on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
Volleyball
Bring your own net and ball.
Lake Fun
Bring your own water toys, canoes, paddle boats, kayaks and life jackets.
Extras
Extra activities might include small boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, wind surfing, jet skis, and all terrain vehicles (ATVs) but must be self-supplied and are subject to the Trustee's prior consent. If such is the case, please provide details when you request your reservation. For an additional fee, amenities such as hay rides and/or water ski lessons could be made available if requested well in advance. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty at Watson Lake. Swimming is at your own risk. Alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs are not permitted during your stay. We invite you to enjoy the property responsibly and at your own risk. Neither The Leroy Watson Family Revocable Living Trust nor the Trustee is responsible for accident or injury.
Liability Consent Policy
Attendee acknowledges that natural hazards are possible and could be encountered, such as drowning, snake bites and insect bites to name a few. In consideration of this, attendee agrees to release The Leroy Watson Family Revocable Living Trust from any and all claims and causes of action which could arise from attendee's presence on the property. Attendee agrees and assumes all responsibility and risk associated with swimming, boating, water sports, hiking, camping, recreational or on-off road vehicles, bikes, or motor sports, and any and all other activities, and releases the Trust and all their properties and their agents of any and all liability or negligence that may occur during attendee's stay at Watson Lake.
If you book a reservation, please download and print copies of our Liability Consent forms for distribution to each member of your group. Both forms are required for admittance to Watson Lake. Please ensure all forms are properly signed and handed to the Watson Lake Host (the Trustee's designee) on or before the first day of your stay.
